Created by Lana Shabdeen

Mindset Minute was created by Lana Shabdeen, author, entrepreneur, and lifelong student of personal growth, after years of journaling, coaching, and building practical tools for herself and her community. She saw the same gap everywhere: people knew what to do but couldn’t stay consistent. Mindset Minute is her answer: make it simple, make it brief, make it daily, and let consistency do the heavy lifting.

A little about Lana

Lana is based in Los Angeles and brings 27+ years across wellness, business, and leadership. She holds a B.S. in Biology (CSUCI) and is currently earning her MBA. She co-founded and led healthcare ventures (medical marketing and hospice administration), which sharpened her eye for systems that help busy people follow through.
As an author, she’s published Magic Within, Perfect 40, several guided journals (gratitude, goal-setting, mindset), and is building the Little Life Lessons children’s series. She hosts the Mindset Lounge podcast and actively explores positive psychology, including gratitude journaling research, to keep the app practical, kind, and evidence-informed.
